January. SYM Joyrid 300 joined the SYM MIDDLE EAST ROAD TRIP from Greece to Middle East, a total 4,000km journey across four coutries, namely Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Turkey.
April. SYM JET series have secured 100 champions throughout the years in Scooter Races held by Taiwan Spirit Rider Association (TSR), with Jet SL 125 winning the 100th champion in 2023. Sanyang launched JET SL's Hundred Champ Special Edition for celebration.
September. Vietnam Manufacturing & Export Processing (VMEP), Sanyang's affiliated company in Vietnam, celebrated its 30th anniversary.
December. SYM held onto the leading position in Taiwan two-wheeler market with a 38.4% market share; Sanyang's consolidated revenue in 2023 exceeded NT$64.4 billion, reaching a historical high.
December. Hyundai in Taiwan had a 44% growth in 2023, becoming the fourth largest domestic brand in Taiwan's non-luxury car market.

2024
January SYM DRGBT won the 2024 Red Dot Design Award.
April Xiashing Motorcycle held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for its three-year Plant Expansion Project.
September The collaboration between Sanyang Motor and CPC Corporation formally announced its first achievement, an SYM electric scooter with CPC soft carbon battery. Along with this delivery, CPC also announced 22 battery swapping sites.
November Sanyang Motor hosted a Corporate Family Day in Pushin Ranch as a part of its 70th anniversary celebration.
November SYM DRG 2.0 set a new Land Speed Record, 206km/h, at Bonneville Salt Flats, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
December As a part of the 70th anniversary celebration, Sanyang Motor not only organized a Charity Auction, but also made a large donation for benevolent activities. The final donation exceeded eighty-four thousand US dollars.
December SYM sold 307.8 thousand motorcycles in Taiwan for the year 2024, which recorded the highest historical market share of 40.9%. SYM's championship title has been held for 3 years in a row.
December Hyundai in Taiwan had its fifth consecutive yearly growth and stayed as the third largest domestic brand in Taiwan's non-luxury car market.
December Xiashing Motorcycle set in 2024 the highest historical records on unit sales, revenue and profit before income tax respectively. Xiashing sold 305 thousand motorcycles this year.
2022
March- Chairman Wu toured around Taiwan on KRNBT, SYM's newly launched 125cc scooter.
May- The Whole New Duke was launched. This new 125cc SYM scooter was certified as level 1 fuel efficiency at 63km/h and was the first model equipped with Sanyang's most advanced EnMIS system.
May- Tucson L was awarded as the "Best midsize SUV made in Taiwan" by Taiwan medias in the field of automotive industry.
May- Sanyang donated 20 converted Hyundai Staria to the Government as ambulances to provide life-saving delivery and care for people around Taiwan.
June- Messrs. Chia Liang Wei and Wei Ting Tseng were awarded, separately, as the "Outstanding Engineer" and the "Outstanding Young Engineer" by the Society of Automobile Engineers International, Taipei Section.
August- MMBCU, SYM's brand new 150cc scooter, was launched.
September- Xiashing Motorcycle Co., Ltd. donated one million Renminbi each to Ganzi, Sichuan Province as earthquake rescue efforts and to Jimei District, Xiamen City as scholarships for disadvantaged students
October- Hyundai has become Taiwan's forth-largest brand, in terms of sales volume, in the segment of domestically produced cars.
